VirellaClean provides Eco-conscious light cleaning support and essential appliance care guidance for UK domestic users.
These services are delivered on a recurring basis under the following plans:
• Monthly Plan – £6.99
• Monthly Plan – £12.99
• Quarterly Plan – £18.99
All prices are stated in GBP and include all applicable charges.
3. Plans and Payments
• Plans are billed in GBP and renew automatically based on the billing cycle chosen (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Payments are collected securely via Direct Debit, set up through a secure link sent by email.
• You may cancel your plan at any time before the next billing cycle begins. No partial refunds are available once a billing period has started.
• If a payment fails, we may attempt collection up to two additional times. Continued failure may result in suspension of your plan.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your plan at any time by:

Submitting a cancellation request directly through your customer account.
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
As this is a low-cost, prepaid plan, no refunds will be issued once the billing period has started.
Refunds are only considered in cases of billing error or duplicate charge and will be processed within 5 working days after review.
6. Service Availability
Our services are available to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
All communications and support are provided in English and during UK business hours.
7. User Responsibilities
By signing up for a plan, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are the account holder or have permission to authorise payments via Direct Debit
• You will provide accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information
8. Limitation of Liability
VirellaClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability for any direct claims is limited to the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, branding, and content on the VirellaClean website are the property of VIRELLACLEAN LIMITED and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
