Cancellation Policy – VIRELLACLEAN LIMITED

At VirellaClean, we aim to make your experience simple, flexible, and transparent. This Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our process for cancelling plan-based services.

 

 

1. Your Right to Cancel

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers purchasing online have the right to cancel a plan within 14 days of first signing up, without giving any reason.

 

  • If you cancel within this 14-day period and no services have been provided, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you requested that services begin during this period, we may deduct a proportionate charge for the services already delivered before cancellation.

 

 

2. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period

 

After the 14-day statutory cooling-off period, you can still cancel at any time to stop future payments:

 

  • Monthly Plan – Cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

  • Quarterly Plan – Cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Plan – Cancel anytime; your plan continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds apply unless stated under Section 4.

 

Note: Cancellations apply only to future payments. Past charges are not refundable unless covered under Section 4.

 

 

3. How to Cancel

 

You may cancel your plan through any of the following methods:

• Using the “Manage Plan” link in your welcome or billing email

• Emailing us at: support@virellaclean.co.uk

• Calling our support line during UK business hours

• Using live chat on our website

• Submitting a request via your customer account

• Or by writing to us at our registered business address

 

We will confirm your cancellation by email (or letter) within 2–5 working days.

 

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances & Refunds

 

In rare cases (e.g., confirmed billing errors or significant service failures), we may offer a partial or full refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis and in line with our Refund Policy.

 

 

5. Direct Debit Guarantee

 

If you pay via Direct Debit:

 

  • You are protected under the UK Direct Debit Guarantee.

  • You may cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank and notifying us.

  • Any incorrect payments will be refunded in full by your bank.
