2. Do I need to commit to a long-term plan?

No. All plans are flexible and billed on a rolling basis. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid renewal.

3. How are payments handled?

Payments are securely processed via Direct Debit through Stripe UK. After signing up, you’ll receive a secure email link to complete your setup. You’ll also receive a confirmation and renewal reminders via email.

4. Is VirellaClean available across the UK?

Yes — we serve customers across most of the UK mainland.

5. Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. After cancellation, you won’t be charged again. No cancellation fees apply

6. How is my personal data handled?

We follow the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared without your consent. Stripe handles all payment details through secure, PCI-compliant channels.

At VirellaClean, your security comes first. All Direct Debit payments are handled through Stripe, which uses PCI DSS Level 1–certified systems — the highest global standard for payment security. We never store or see your full bank or card details. Your payment details are securely encrypted and managed directly by Stripe’s trusted technology.
