This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of any physical products (such as eco-friendly cleaning kits) included with your VirellaClean plan.
All deliveries are managed in line with UK consumer law and our Terms & Conditions.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Processing & Dispatch

Orders for kits linked to an active plan are processed automatically after your billing date.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.

You will receive an email notification when your kit has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your kit has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us so we can assist.
5. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs (if any) are included in your plan price.

We do not currently charge additional fees for domestic deliveries.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or repeated missed attempts:

We may ask you to confirm your address before reshipping.

A small redelivery fee may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged or an item is missing:

Notify us at support@virellaclean.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.

Please provide photos for damage claims where possible.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
